A GREAT FAMILY DAY OUT

About the Show

You’re assured of a warm welcome to the Classic and Heritage Vehicle Show at Carsington Water near Ashbourne in Derbyshire, DE6 1ST, on Sunday 23rd June 2024 between 10am and 4pm and it’s FREE entry to the public.

Hosted by the Rotary Clubs of Derby South and Derby Daybreak with the aim of raising funds, both for the Air Ambulance Service and other Rotary charities.

The Classic and Heritage Vehicle Show promises to be a memorable experience for all, young and not so young. A sample selection of many of the attractions offering a great family fun day out are: Fly-Bys throughout the day (weather permitting) starring a vintage Tiger Moth and other Aircraft, children’s play areas, ice cream kiosk, Carsington’s very own burger van and rock the day away with our live Rock Band PLUS much more.

Classic and Heritage Vehicle Show

The setting for the show couldn’t be better, with the backdrop of the reservoir at Carsington Water, the Classic and Heritage Vehicle Show is set up on the various fields and display areas around the main visitor centre and fully incorporates many of the centre’s features, such as  onsite shops, restaurant, cafes  and exhibition centre into the onsite experience, not forgetting to mention the fantastic wildlife on and off the water.

Classic Vehicles of various ages and types. Heritage Vehicles to wonder at. Classic Motorbikes from a bygone age. Tractors, the workhorses of the day. Trade stands of all types and various trades. Tables stalls displaying crafts and some not so crafty and please do not forget to purchase your tickets for our fantastic prize raffle, with many great prizes to be won.
